The journey between Tivoli and Vibrant began with the idea of how something as mondane as payments could become key in improving and creating special moments for guests.


Thinking about the key pains such as guests waiting in queues because of slow payments processed by old-school terminals, and how this affects staff and their interactions with guests.

It’s no secret that traditional payment terminals aren’t user friendly enough. The systems aren’t intuitive or efficient for the young seasonal staff working in Tivoli. When faced with system failures and unknown errors they are the ones who have to handle customers’ dissatisfaction and frustration putting staff under high pressure and ultimately affecting their performance.
